La Barra de BLOGGER
Pues parece que blogger.com ha quitado la propaganda, es una buena noticia, en su lugar han puesto una barra de navegacion.
Si no te molesta demasiado, te aconsejo que no la quites, de todas formas si estropea mucho el formato de tu pagina, te pongo la solucion a tomar:
Vete al "Template" para editar el codigo de tu pagina
Al final del codigo encontraras </body> y </html> y es justo entre estos dos tags donde deberas introducir la siguiente linea:
